SCREW THOSE VEGGIES!!!

It's baby's feeding time,
Lunch time to be exact.
Already ate fruits,
Already ate cereal.

Mixed dinners are so heavy,
She cannot eat them yet.
It's very, very early
for chicken and rice.

I reach into the pantry
and what do I find?
Veggies, veggies, veggies!!!
She better eat them all.
If only she ate half,
I'd be so satisfied.

I grab a bib,
I grab a spoon,
I grab a jar,
a napkin too.

I feed her glorious veggies,
and what does she do?
She spits 'em out!
Her expression is priceless.
"Screw those veggies!!!"
